WATER CURTAIN TYPE LIQUID SPRAY BOOTH
The spraybooth is designed for manual or automatic spray painting application.
The paint overspray particles are held at these booths at the water curtain created by a circulation pump during moving with the air flow. A second filtration is at the back side of the water curtain in order to ensure filtering, by washing the air flow and overspray particles moving with the ventilation created by the fan. Includes lighting, electrical control panel and wiring to the control panel.
100% efficiency can be obtained from the spray booths by addition of an active carbon filter to the fan outlet in order to prevent solvent odor.
Water screen spray booths can be used for dust filtration purpose as well.
The spray booth is environmentally friendly, it is CE certificated and conforms to the European Norms.
